And my legs are strong so I can do some kicking in it...well not as strong I haven't played my drums since I left roberts.

Dude the Double bass builds up leg strength. Sorta like that bike thingy in Gyms exept its not a bike if you see where I am going.
It may be hard to believe but it does.

I said double bass, Thats both legs. You can't much of a workout with a single kick because they don't need to go fast. youtube.com/watch?v=APVgugebngQIt works the shit out of your legs. If you want to be real fast it takes time and wears you the hell out after a while. My drums are how I stayed skinny after marching season ended. But thats when I had my band -.- now I am here.
